The Millwick Downtown Los Angeles Wedding

The setting for this wedding was a trendy, industrial-style venue in the heart of downtown LA. Rebecca and Robert loved the space was open and spacious, with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and plenty of natural light. The decor was simple but elegant, with touches of greenery and subtle pops of color throughout the space.

As guests arrived, they were greeted with a welcome cocktail, a refreshing mix of citrus and herbs that set the tone for the festivities to come. The cocktail hour took place on the venue's outdoor patio, which was decorated with a lush green wall and cozy seating areas.

The ceremony was short and sweet, with the couple exchanging heartfelt vows in front of a simple backdrop of greenery and flowers. During ceremony Robert’s grandmother read an incredibly sweet letter in Czech, which was translated by his sister.

As dinner wound down, guests were invited to hit the dance floor and enjoy some live music. The couple had hired a talented saxophone player to entertain the crowd, and he did not disappoint. His soulful melodies and upbeat rhythms had guests on their feet in no time, dancing and grooving to the music.

What an incredibly fun wedding to shoot in downtown Los Angeles. I always enjoy shooting at this venue.
